Made with Ehime Red Sea Bream

We have blended domestically produced non-glutinous rice with domestically produced sticky barley (Kirarimochi), which contains dietary fiber, and added carrots and burdock root to create a delicious takikomi rice (seasoned steamed rice).
Enjoy this luxurious dish topped with carefully seared Ehime sea bream.
This is a takikomi rice pack that is free of chemical seasonings and wheat.
