Our Commitment to Food

Cherishing the dedication of our producers.
We maintain a development and manufacturing environment that ensures the delivery of safe and reliable products, preserving the natural flavor and nutritional benefits of our ingredients.
We have established a manufacturing process that utilizes carefully selected ingredients grown by our contracted farmers in our local Ehime prefecture and throughout Japan.
By constantly updating our knowledge and incorporating new technologies, we research and develop healthy and safe products every day.

Our products are manufactured under hygiene management that incorporates the HACCP approach.
HACCP is a hygiene management method in which food business operators identify hazards such as food poisoning bacteria contamination or foreign matter inclusion, and ensure product safety by managing the processes that are particularly critical to eliminating or reducing those hazards throughout the entire process from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of the product.
This method was published by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, a joint body of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), and is an internationally recognized approach that is recommended for adoption by countries worldwide.
Health starts with food!
We strive to be a company that is always by your side at your dining table.

We process and mill our barley products at our own factory.

When entering the cleanroom, use the air shower to remove dust and hair from your clothing.

At the grain milling plant, we use optical sorters for quality control to remove foreign materials.
