We have roasted and milled 100% domestic naked barley (barley) "hattaiko" (roasted barley flour), then blended it with ginger from Kochi and sugar produced in Hokkaido.
This is a Japanese-style cereal food that lets you enjoy the natural sweetness of barley and the flavor of ginger.
Hattaiko is also known as "mugikogashi" or "ochirashiko," and it allows you to easily consume beta-glucan, a soluble dietary fiber found in barley.
