Barley fiber with Fluffy Barely Bread Mix from Naked Barley Fields
Enjoy the superfood "barley" easily and deliciously!
This is a barley bread mix made primarily from Ehime-grown naked barley.
While it was previously impossible to make soft bread using barley, our patented production method now makes it possible to create soft and delicious barley bread.
It is easy to bake in a bread machine, and each 250g pack (one loaf) contains approximately 17.5g of dietary fiber.
You can also knead it by hand to make rolls and other items.
