Made with domestic glutinous brown rice and domestic glutinous barley. These are cut rice cakes that are aromatic and feature the natural sweetness of brown rice. They are soft, easy to eat, and contain approximately 1.6g of dietary fiber per 100g. They can be easily prepared in a toaster in about 4–5 minutes and are perfect for recipes like abekawa mochi, ozoni, or fried mochi. Recommended for your daily breakfast.
