We have taken "Kirari-mochi," a domestically grown glutinous barley variety with an excellent flavor, milled it, and kneaded it in a 1:1 ratio with domestic glutinous rice to create a soft, easy-to-eat mochi. These cut mochi cakes are easy to prepare—simply toast for about 4–5 minutes—and allow you to enjoy the natural sweetness of the barley. Each 100g serving contains approximately 2g of dietary fiber (including 1.8g of barley β-glucan).
