Made with Bonito from Tosashimizu, Kochi Prefecture

[Includes two 150g rice packs and two 25g packs of cubed bonito] Fresh bonito landed in Tosashimizu is cut into chunky cubes and simmered with ginger and a hint of yuzu. Mix the cubed bonito into the yuzu-flavored rice before serving. Made with Japanese non-glutinous rice and Japanese mochi-mugi (glutinous barley). Uses wheat-free soy sauce. Microwave the rice only for approximately 1 minute and 40 seconds, then mix in the bonito after heating.
