This is kinako (roasted soybean flour) blended with black soybeans, mochi barley, processed brown sugar powder, and black sesame, processed using a unique method to increase its GABA content. By adding one tablespoon (approx. 10g) of this product to water or milk, you can consume approximately 7mg of GABA. Contains 70mg of GABA per 100g.
(Through joint research with the Faculty of Agriculture at Ehime University, a patent has been obtained for the production method of GABA-enriched mochi barley grains and the resulting product.)
