Domestic Roasted Soybean Flour 90g

Since our founding in 1924, we have dedicated ourselves to working with rice and grains for over 100 years. Since we began selling rice and grain flours in 1973, our commitment to "flour," cultivated over half a century, has been poured into this kinako.

Maeda's kinako is made from domestic soybeans, roasted slowly, skin and all, in a rotating open-flame roaster.

The deep flavor and natural sweetness, made possible only by our time-intensive open-flame roasting, are its defining characteristics.

The fragrant, rich taste of this domestic kinako elevates a variety of Japanese sweets and dishes, such as warabi-mochi, kinako-mochi, and kinako milk.

Because kinako is made by grinding the entire soybean, you can ingest the full range of soybean nutrients, including protein, dietary fiber, isoflavones, B vitamins, and minerals. It is particularly rich in plant-based protein and dietary fiber, making it an ingredient easy to incorporate into your daily diet.

Kinako can be used in a variety of dishes and desserts all year round. It can be used for everything from simple recipes to authentic Japanese sweets.
