Drinkable Kinako made with Domestic Soybeans & Matcha

Since our founding in 1924, we have spent over 100 years working with rice and grains. Our "Drinkable Matcha Kinako" was born from a combination of our dedication to "powder"—which we have cherished for over half a century—and the gentle flavor of domestic matcha.
Maeda's Kinako
Maeda's Kinako is made by slow-roasting whole domestic soybeans—skins and all—in a rotary open-flame roaster. The deep flavor and natural sweetness are achieved precisely because we take the time for open-flame roasting.
By adding domestic matcha to this fragrant, rich kinako, the flavor is further enhanced, resulting in a deep and sophisticated taste.
Features of Drinkable Matcha Kinako
This kinako is made using domestic soybeans and domestic matcha.
The ingredients are simple: just fragrant kinako and aromatic matcha. You can enjoy the natural taste of the raw materials themselves.
You can easily enjoy a matcha kinako drink just by mixing it into milk, soy milk, or water. You can also use it just like regular kinako for warabi mochi, ohagi, or yogurt. It adds a gentle matcha hue, giving your dishes a unique and appealing look.
With soy protein, isoflavones, and dietary fiber from the soybeans, combined with catechins from the matcha, we invite you to try a cup that packs a punch of beneficial nutrients.
Selected Domestic Ingredients
Matcha: 100% Domestic
The vibrant green color and bittersweet taste of domestic matcha complement the fragrance of the kinako, harmonizing gently on the palate. The authentic, refined aroma of the matcha elevates every single bite.
Soybeans: 100% Domestic
We use only domestic soybeans as the main ingredient. We have carefully prepared them to preserve the natural fragrance and richness of the beans, delivering the full, robust flavor of domestic soybeans directly to you.
Nutritional Content
By adding domestic matcha to whole-soybean kinako, this product provides not only the original nutrients of kinako—such as protein, dietary fiber, isoflavones, B vitamins, and minerals—but also catechins derived from the matcha. It is a product that is easy to incorporate into your daily routine as a drink.
